Description
The Catapult Mini TX turns ordinary Cat 5/6 Ethernet cable into a compact 4-channel analog audio snake. Pair it with a Catapult receiver module and you can move mic or line-level signals between rooms without touching a digital converter or lugging a heavy multicore cable — just a shielded Cat 5 run doing double duty for your audio.
Passive, straight-wire design
There’s no power supply and nothing to configure. Signal travels straight from the female XLR inputs to the RJ45 output, keeping the path fully analog so there’s no added coloration, latency, or distortion.
Put existing wiring to work
Most buildings already have Cat 5 run through the walls for networking. The Mini TX lets you tap into that infrastructure to send audio across a venue or between rooms, skipping the cost and hassle of installing dedicated snake cable.
Built to mix and match
Every module in the Radial Catapult lineup is sold separately and interoperates with the others. Run a Mini TX with a Mini RX for a compact 4-channel pair, or combine it with a different Catapult unit — like the TX4 — depending on whether you need a full stage box or just a small breakout on the mixer end.
