Vic Firth builds each stick from hickory and finishes it with a lacquer coating for a smooth, consistent grip through long sets.
Instead of a wood tip, this version features a nylon tear drop tip with a medium surface area. That swap changes the character of your cymbal and hi-hat work, producing a brighter, more articulate attack while adding extra durability that stands up to repeated strikes better than wood.
