Description
Digital effects like the ones from Strymon, Eventide, Line 6 and TC Electronic demand more current and cleaner power than typical analog pedals — and standard switching supplies often introduce hiss and high-frequency noise that these processors are especially sensitive to. Voodoo Lab’s Pedal Power Digital solves this with true linear (analog) regulation and a toroidal transformer, giving power-hungry digital pedals the quiet, stable current they need.
The unit provides four fully isolated, filtered, and regulated 9V output sections rated at 400mA each, with two of those sections offering a 12V option for pedals that require it. Because each output is completely separated from the others, you won’t get ground loops or cross-talk between effects — just a cleaner signal path and better tone. It also plays nicely with any standard 9V battery-powered pedal, not just digital gear.
Despite its capability, Pedal Power Digital keeps a small footprint, making it a good fit for compact pedalboards, rack shelves, or as a secondary supply bolted onto a bigger rig. It’s also built to handle rough AC power at gig venues without passing that instability along to your tone.
