Description

The AMT U-2 Pangaea Ultima Brain Frame isn’t locked into one job. It’s a compact hardware platform that becomes a different guitar effect depending on which firmware you load onto it, part of AMT’s Bricks lineup of preamps, pedals, cabinet sims, and controllers built to share a common design language and work together on the same board.

• 01 – IR CabSim Fx (default): Analog-digital preamp with clean, low, and high-gain channels, noise gate, compressor, 9 power amp types, single-channel IR cab simulation, parametric EQ, hi/low pass filters with presence, and a per-preset delay or reverb.
• 02 – Modulation FX: Adds resonance filter, flanger, chorus, delay, and tremolo when your board already covers gain and needs more texture.
• 03 – IR Stereo CabSim: Full stereo cab emulation using two separate IR files, one per channel, plus EQ and filtering.
• 04 – Stereo Delay: Multifunctional stereo in/out delay.
• 05 – Stereo Reverb: Stereo in/out reverb with Gold, Hall, Room, Plate, Spring, Gate, and Reverse types.
• 06 – Pre/Post FX: Splits into a pre-section (noise gate, compressor, phaser, resonance filter, flanger) and a post-section (IR cabsim, EQ, filtering, delay/reverb).

Under the hood: 470 kΩ input impedance on the L/R inputs, 24-bit AD/DA conversion via AK4621 codec, 48 kHz sampling, 115dB S/N, and just 1.2ms latency. Runs on 12V DC at roughly 300mA. Headphone output included for silent practice, and outputs carry phantom power protection.

Measures 47 x 55 x 95mm and weighs 270g without packaging.
