Description
The EV MB200 is a mounting bracket engineered specifically for Electro-Voice System 200 speakers, including the SB121, Sx100, and Sx300 models. It gives installers a solid, adjustable way to position speakers exactly where the coverage is needed, whether that’s up on a wall or overhead on a ceiling.
Inside the kit you’ll find everything required to get a speaker secured: a U-bracket, two M8 x 1.25 hex-head bolts, four lock washers, two friction pads, and two 3/8-24 hex-head bolts. Once installed, the bracket holds the speaker in a rigid frame with four 1/2-inch (12.7mm) attachment holes at each end, sized to accept a standard 3/8-inch quick link for rigging.
Because of this design, System 200 speakers can be flown solo in either a horizontal or vertical orientation, or paired together vertically for wider coverage. For larger installs, the MB200 also works alongside the MB300 Horizontal Array bracket, allowing arrays of two to six speakers to be locked into a shared, properly aligned frame.
