The TS-80S is the silver-finish version of Ultimate Support’s Original Series tripod stand, a design that’s been holding up speakers on stages for decades. It’s built around an offset tripod base and oversized, heavy-wall aluminum tubing for the legs, mast, and telescoping tube, giving you a stand that’s strong and lightweight without the rust or corrosion issues of lesser materials.

Tight internal fittings eliminate the wobbly-leg problems common with cheaper tripod stands, and the die-cast collar means you won’t have to worry about over-tightening cracking a plastic part mid-gig. If something does eventually wear out, you replace that part affordably rather than buying a whole new stand.
Note: this is the TS-80 model, not the taller TS-88B – if you need extra height, look at the taller Original Series option instead.
